Salary: £26,956.80 plus mileage (Salary based on 40 hour contract)

Positions available: Full time, Part time, Weekends

Hours: Mornings with 7am starts and/or Evenings with 11pm finishes

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting people in the local community to live independently at home.
  • Support customers with their day to day routine;
  • Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
  • Helping with mobility
  • Administering medication,
  • Preparing meals
  • Light domestic tasks
  • Companionship
  • Individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.

    We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team, providing essential support to young adults. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy engaging with young adults in a positive and encouraging environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support young adults in various activities, including walks and outings.
    • Accompany young adults to local events and recreational activities.
    • Promote independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
    • Provide a positive, respectful, and nurturing environment.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with young adults in your care.
    • Varying levels of personal care

    Hours Available: 2 - 4 hours Blocks, between 3 PM - 9 PM, Weekends 7am - 2:30pm and/or 2:30pm -11pm

    Pay Rate: £11.44

    Ideal Candidate:

    • A caring and patient individual, eager to make a positive difference in the lives of young adults.
    • Someone who enjoys being active and engaging in outdoor activities.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communicator, with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of each young adult.
    • Past experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
    • Desirable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
