Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals to live independently in their homes.
  • Provide support with daily routines, including personal care (showering, bathing, continence care).
  • Help with mobility and administer medication as needed.
  • Prepare meals, assist with light domestic tasks, and offer companionship.
  • Deliver care tailored to individual needs as outlined in their care plans.

Hours: Mornings with 7am starts and/or Evenings with 11pm finishes

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting people in the local community to live independently at home.
  • Support customers with their day to day routine;
  • Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
  • Helping with mobility
  • Administering medication,
  • Preparing meals
  • Light domestic tasks
  • Companionship
  • Individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.
