1. What excites you about working in healthcare?

What excites me about working in healthcare is I get to help people achieve their goals. To us it may be small, but to our service users it's a big deal and just to see them smile is a great satisfaction.

2. How did you find the induction training with First City?

I found the induction quite interesting and involving, it taught is on some real life scenarios, which made it easier for me to get in the field.

3. How has your introduction to the role been?

My introduction to my role was done gradually, which gave me an opportunity to grasp the concepts and routines as I got along, rather than comprehending all of it at once! The team I was with were patient with me as I got on board.

4. Thinking about the start of your journey working for First City, how would you describe the company?

The company cares about the service users and the employees as well. I am also happy that working in a good environment like that will also help me to serve the community in the best way I can.
