Our HR & Recruitment Team have been talking to our customers as part of our theme of the month - 'Quality' - to seek their input on our recruitment and onboarding processes.
While some customers were happy to participate in a phone conversation to provide feedback, two of our customers also joined in discussions at First City house around our current processes and the values we look for. Both felt that a person's personality is key, suggesting that more scenario-based questions around real situations could be included in interviews, and were reassured by our stringent processes, including prescreening, verifying of references and a value-based approach.
We look forward to receiving feedback on our revamped interview questions and welcoming our customers to join us and meet potential candidates during recruitment interviews and future inductions.
