During the month of March & April we have been looking at the theme of Quality.

Our Training Team and Department Leads collaborated to host numerous Quality workshops for colleagues, where we were able to discuss what we do and where we can improve to ensure good quality support is provided to our customers.
The HR & Recruitment team had the pleasure of welcoming two of our customers to First City House to join in discussions around our current recruitment processes and the values we look for. More about this can be found here.
As a whole we have been including Quality in many of our conversations, on a 1 to 1 basis as well as during group meetings.
