Skin integrity issues can mean damage to the skin or that it is vulnerable to injury or unable to heal as it usually would. A skin integrity could be a pressure wound (often called a pressure/bed sore or ulcer).
Our training team arranged to host additional Restore2 training at First City House for colleagues across the organisation.
Weekly facts were shared around the topic as well as including Skin Integrity as a key talking point during all discussions within meetings (including those on a 1 to 1 basis and within groups). Our recruitment team have also enjoyed discussions with candidates around their understanding of skin integrity.
