August Theme of the Month - Round up

During the month of August we have been looking at the theme of Dignity

Our notice boards around the office shared dementia facts and information about the different types of dementia for colleagues to explore as they visited.

During the month we have explored the topic of Dignity during meetings (including 1 to 1's and group meetings), shared with our followers on social media how to become a Dignity Champion.

Some of our team created a beautiful Dignity Daliha with comments from our customers on each petal explaining what Dignity means to them. This has been on display in our head office, First City House in Swindon, but for those who were unable to read the petals in person, we posted individual comments from the petals to our Facebook page.

A message to our colleagues:

Please remember to take a look at our noticeboards when you visit the office for information relating to our theme of the month, and to join in the conversations!
