During the month of January we have been looking at the theme of Vision & Values

Our Mission Statement:

"Do unto others as you would have done unto you"

Alongside the original 'NO/HOW' pledge sits The First City Values Pledge, which is an essential set of values and approaches, which are designed for and must be adhered to by every member of staff, both internal and external staff (at all times and in all situations) regardless of role or grade within the organisation.
