The First City Group was founded in 1991. Over the preceding years we have led the development and evolution of community support solutions. The First City Group is now one of the only commercial care providers working within the health and care landscape based on collaboration, mutual support and co-production.
The First City Care Group knows that the future of combative, competitive marketplaces is numbered, and community care must learn to work collaboratively to support the delivery of system objectives. Community care cannot and must not operate in isolation but in partnership with the NHS, commissioners, support providers and local people.
The First City Care Group has experience navigating the complicated health and care ecosystem and facilitating relationships between providers and commissioning bodies. Our unique approaches focused on facilitating success and effectively managing markets have made a significant contribution to the performance of systems within which we operate.
What We Offer
We are launching a new consultancy service offering providers and commissioners a provider's perspective on operating within an integrated care system. Our staff have gained experience delivering and designing community support solutions and this experience is supplemented by experience managing and delivering transformational change across a number of sectors and organisations.
