I would like to share my gratitude to all the First City carers who have provided care and support for Natasha. The care was excellent and I am very grateful.

My colleague is great with Dan, she encourages him to sing his favourite music while supporting him. It was so lovely to hear how much he enjoys the visits for a sing a long.

A member of the SHAPE team visited me last week for my care review. She made my day as she was so friendly and made me laugh, it really lifted my spirits

There has been such a difference in my loved one since you started 1 to 1 support. She is a different person. The carer who was with her today was absolutely amazing, they were laughing and joking together.

I just wanted to write to you today in regard to the hospital discharge. There were a number of issues upon my visit to the lady in question, but I was hoping that you could pass on my gratitude for the assistance from X and Y in arranging an overnight visit for the lady at very short notice and so quickly. The lady and I are very thankful, and she felt reassured that she would be able to stay at home safely.

Mrs X said that we are all so helpful on the phone & that her & her husband ‘loves’ seeing all the carers that we have sent. They have all been most pleasant and lovely and that they both look forward to seeing our joyful support staff each visit.

My time with First City has been amazing, getting the chance to visit all the healthcare buildings to learn more skills and provide care and support to individuals and their families, while helping the team grow.
